Law Enforcement Legislative Coalition (LELC) is a group of private citizens, prosecutors and police chiefs from across the State representing every region in Missouri to bring about the best possible safety and security for each of our respective communities. This is accomplished through concerted efforts on major legislative actions that move forward the goal of providing the safest communities possible.
